## What DemoStoke Does
DemoStoke is surf-first. It connects surfers with local surfboards — shortboards, longboards, fish, mid-lengths, and foam tops — available for demo, rental, or purchase, and also lists snowboards, skis, and mountain bikes. The platform aggregates real-world inventory from surf shops, indie board shapers, ski rental operations, and individual gear owners into a searchable, location-aware marketplace. Riders can browse available gear by sport, location, skill level, and price, then book a demo or rental directly.

## How It Works
1. Riders browse available gear on the DemoStoke map or search by category, brand, and location.
2. They connect with the gear owner or shop to arrange a demo or rental.
3. After trying the gear in real conditions, riders can purchase what they love — often with the rental fee credited toward the purchase price.

## For Shops & Gear Owners
DemoStoke offers three partner tiers:
- **Storefront (Free):** Marketplace listing with inventory dashboard, skill-level tagging, AI search-optimized structured data. Commission-based — shops only pay when they earn.
- **Site Integration ($99/mo):** Everything in Storefront plus an embeddable booking widget, custom branding, POS integration (Square, Lightspeed), real-time availability sync, and inventory cataloging.
- **Full Stack ($199/mo + setup):** Complete web presence including a DemoStoke-powered website, AI recommendation engine, chatbot integration, and dedicated onboarding support.
